Burak Bulut Yıldırım is a photographer, instructor, and producer based in Berlin and Istanbul. In 2005, he founded LUX Photography and Video Production in Istanbul and began producing work in the fields of advertising, product photography, fashion, beauty, corporate portraits, industrial photography, and brand content.
Throughout his career, he has carried out photography, video, and visual content projects for Sony, Xiaomi, Pandora, and numerous corporate brands of various sizes. In his commercial work, he focuses on the relationship between light, product surfaces, people, brand perception, and technical accuracy.
Yıldırım, who has been a Sony Europe Imaging Ambassador since 2018, takes an educational approach that combines his technical photography knowledge with his experience in advertising production. To date, he has provided photography training to more than 6,000 participants; in addition to one-on-one training, he has designed photography and visual content workshops for corporate teams.
His role at LUX Production isn’t limited to just taking photos. It also involves understanding the brand’s needs, refining the visual language, assembling the production team, managing lighting and set decisions, and ensuring that the final images serve their intended commercial purpose.
