The quote is prepared based on the number of products, product types, number of photos, need for a white background or decorated set, use of models, macro shots, 360° rotations, video scope, level of retouching, and delivery formats. Repeated angles and sets within the same product family can make the production plan more efficient.

We prepare project-based quotes instead of a fixed price list. A simple white-background shoot for two rings has a different scope from a collection requiring models, styled sets and video. The shoot plan and quote are finalized once the product list, intended channels and delivery requirements are shared.

After reviewing the collection, product features, brand style and intended channels, we prepare a moodboard, shot list and production plan. Feedback from the brand is incorporated into these documents; lighting, background, set, props, models, clothing, framing, video scope, retouching and delivery aspect ratios are approved before the shoot.

Yes. Products can be shipped from various cities in Turkey and from Europe. For high-value items, the delivery method, list of accepted products, authorized person, separate packaging, return policy, and registration procedure are determined prior to the project.

Main production takes place at the Istanbul studio, located about a 5-minute walk from the Levent Metro station. Project-based studio or location arrangements can be made for Berlin and Europe. Brands in Europe can ship their products to Istanbul; the process—including the brief, mood board approval, selection, feedback, and delivery—can be managed remotely.

White-background product shots present the product in a simple, comparable, and e-commerce-friendly way. Stylized still life photography creates an atmosphere that aligns with the collection’s colors, materials, and campaign messaging. In many projects, both types of photography are prepared together within the same mood board and production plan, but they serve different sales channels.

For necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, and jewelry sets, model photography is preferred to show the product’s scale on the body, how it’s worn, and how it looks against the skin. Whether to use a hand model, face model, or full-body model is determined during the mood board phase based on the product type, target audience, styling, and distribution channels.

360° rotation shots can be used for rings, watches, bracelets, pendant charms, brooches, and products featuring intricate craftsmanship. The deliverables can be planned as a rotating product video, a looping animation, or various file formats compatible with the platform. Securing the product to the mount and determining the rotation axis are evaluated prior to the proposal.

Yes. Three parallel production lines operate on the same day: product photography on a white background, decorated still life, and model or video shoots. Both photography and video follow the same mood board, color scheme, and product presentation. We complete the scope of work that other productions might spread over 2–3 days in just one production day.

No. The product, decor, flooring, surfaces, and lighting on this page are set up on an actual physical set. Meryem Aydın sets up the props and set according to the collection; the photography and video team adjust reflections, stone colors, and metal tones on set. The final image preserves the product’s true form and material characteristics.

Dust, fingerprints, minor surface blemishes, and defects caused by photography are removed. The stone’s color, metal tone, product shape, engraving, clasp, and authentic design details are preserved. Focus stacking is applied to macro shots when necessary; the main sales image is not altered in a way that would make the product appear different from its physical state.

The mood board, set, model, and shoot list are approved before the shoot. During computer-assisted shoots, we check the framing, focus, and lighting on screen; then, final retouching is applied to the selected frames. We make adjustments to color, cleanup, and format in the delivered files as part of the project.

The delivery timeframe is planned at the start of the project based on the number of products, type of shoot, level of detail, model, video, and scope of retouching. For most standard product photography projects, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days. For extensive collections, the final selection and delivery schedule are prepared separately in the proposal and production plan.
