LUX Production captures all of these elements within a single production plan. We work at our Istanbul studio, on-site at your company’s location, in Berlin, and at various locations across Europe; we also plan in-house training videos and corporate photography workshops as needed.

Corporate production team

Burak Bulut Yıldırım oversees lighting, optics, framing, and shooting; he has served as a Sony Europe Imaging Ambassador since 2018. The LUX team, composed of several experienced photographers, handles photography, video, planning, scheduling, selection, and delivery all within a single project workflow.

We work at our Istanbul studio or at your company’s office, factory, or production site. We photograph portraits of large groups of employees in scheduled sessions on the same day, combining portrait, architectural, and drone photography during a single site visit.

Scope of Production

How do we put together the scope of a corporate photo shoot?

We assess your needs across five production areas: people, spaces, production, video, and training. We combine portraiture, architecture, drone footage, and video during a single on-site visit; we tailor each output for use on the web, in presentations, in press materials, for internal communications, or on social media.

Portraits of Executives, CEOs, and Employees

We photograph board members, the CEO, department heads and employees with a consistent lighting style and background standard. The images are prepared for the website, corporate presentations, LinkedIn and press kits.

Office, factory architecture, and drones

We take interior and exterior photographs of corporate headquarters, office floors, showrooms, and production facilities. We showcase the scale of the space through careful control of lighting and perspective; for large campuses and production sites, we produce drone photos and videos in accordance with legal permits.

Industrial filming and factory promotional video

We photograph production lines, processes, machinery, and occupational safety practices in various manufacturing environments, including heavy industry, food processing, and metallurgy. During the same visit, we capture high-resolution industrial photographs and footage for a factory promotional video.

In-house training and promotional videos

We produce corporate promotional videos, internal training videos, executive interviews, and event and trade show recordings. We prepare the script and shot list according to your internal communication or marketing goals, and include audio, editing, and color grading in the scope of delivery. By scheduling photography and video on the same shoot day, we optimize crew and setup time.

In-house photography training and hobby clubs

Process

How does the corporate photo shoot process work?

We manage the project in 6 steps: scope analysis, mood board and shoot plan, on-location or studio shoot, selection and approval, post-production, and delivery. For projects involving multiple locations or a large cast, we clarify the shooting schedule and on-location sequence with you before the shoot begins.

Needs and Scope Analysis

We’ll work with you to clarify the types of shoots, locations, number of people, intended uses, brand tone, and required delivery formats based on your brief.

Mood Board and Shoot Plan

We are submitting the mood board, shot list, background, lighting style, and framing style for your approval. We are planning the portrait sessions and the on-location schedule at this stage.

On-location and studio shoots

We work at your company’s office, factory, production site, or at our studio in Istanbul. We combine portrait, architectural, and drone photography in a single visit.

Selection and Approval

We share the portrait shots the next day in low resolution for you to review. We process the shots you approve, and we conduct the initial selection for on-site and video projects together with your team.

Post-production

We retouch selected photos, edit videos, and perform color correction. We prepare the final outputs for use on the web, in presentations, in print, and on social media.

Delivery

We deliver the final files in the formats we specified at the outset. We clarify the delivery timeline—which is typically 3–10 business days for standard projects—at the outset, depending on the scope of the project.

How does the approval and revision process work?

The moodboard, shot list, background and session plan are approved before the shoot. During tethered shooting, we check framing, focus and lighting on screen. We then share images for selection; corrections to color, cleanup and format in the delivered files are included in the project scope.

Which type of shot should you choose for which purpose?

We match the five basic types of photography to their intended use: portrait, architectural, industrial photography, drone photography, and video. If a single project is intended for multiple uses, we specify the framing, aspect ratios, and delivery formats separately in the shoot list.

How are the pricing and turnaround time for corporate photo shoots determined?

We prepare our quotes based on the type of shoot, location, number of days, number of people, whether a drone or video is required, and the scope of post-production. We do not use a fixed price list. For standard projects, we specify a delivery timeline of 3–10 business days in the quote once the brief is finalized.

We schedule shoots in different cities and facilities on a single calendar. What does a corporate photo shoot include?

All of these are planned by a single team and under a single visual standard.

Do you take portraits of executives and employees at our office?

Depending on the need, either option is possible. Photoshoots can take place in a temporary studio set up at the company’s own office or at the Istanbul studio. All executives and employees are photographed against a single background and under a single lighting setup to create a consistent set of portraits for the website, presentations, and LinkedIn.

Do you film factories, production facilities, and drone footage?

Yes. We produce architectural photography of offices and factories, production line and process photography, as well as aerial drone photos and videos of facilities and campuses. Drone shoots are planned in accordance with legal flight permits. Architectural, industrial, and portrait shoots are combined during the same site visit when necessary.

Do you also produce in-house training and promotional videos?

Yes. We produce corporate promotional videos, in-house training videos, executive interviews, and event and trade show recordings. Scriptwriting, filming, sound, editing, and color grading are all carried out under a single production plan. Photography and video are planned together during the same on-location shoot to maximize time and budget efficiency.

Do you cover events and trade shows?

Yes. We document product launches, conferences, dealer meetings, trade shows, and in-house events through photography and video. The same team prepares the curated and retouched event photos, a short event video, and vertical clips for social media. Executive interviews and team portraits can be included on the same day.

Is it possible to take portraits of a large number of employees using a single visual standard?

Yes. Individual portraits of a large team can be completed in scheduled sessions on the same day, using consistent backgrounds and lighting. We plan the schedule in advance around the number of departments and locations, keeping every image visually consistent.

How do you handle privacy and production area security?

Confidentiality (NDA) and on-site safety regulations are followed during production and corporate shoots. The areas to be filmed, the scope of publishable visuals, and the approval process are agreed upon at the start of the project. A confidentiality agreement is signed upon request, and visuals are delivered solely for the agreed-upon use.

Do you offer training for corporate photography courses and hobby clubs?

Yes. We develop in-house photography training programs for employees, as well as workshops on mobile and product photography, and programs for corporate hobby clubs.
