The budget is itemized based on product type, number of shots to be taken, number of desired angles, shooting format (white background for e-commerce, physical set, model-based concept), and video requirements. The hair and makeup team, outdoor location, and model usage rights are listed as separate line items in the proposal. The final proposal is always based on the approved mood board and set plan.

After reviewing your product brief and references, we’ll create a mood board tailored to your brand. Once every detail—from the background color to the props, and from the balance of light and shadow to the model’s styling—has been documented in writing along with your feedback, the shoot begins. No item enters the set without your approval.

All photos taken are shared in low resolution the day after the shoot so you can make your selections. Delivery of the final folder varies depending on the number of products, the extent of retouching, and the editing workload; for standard e-commerce files, it is typically scheduled to take between 3 and 10 business days. For comprehensive campaigns and industrial films, the timeline is determined at the outset.

The framing, focus, and product placement are all approved on-screen during the shoot; this step minimizes the need for revisions from the outset. Post-delivery corrections related to color, cleanup, and format are addressed within the scope of the project. Requests for new framing, new concepts, or new products are outside the scope and must be planned separately.

Yes. You can ship products to our Istanbul studio from anywhere in Turkey and from European countries. The process of receiving products at the studio, storing them, ensuring a damage-free shooting environment, the approval workflow, and the return shipment to you or your warehouse upon project completion is managed in a professional, organized manner. Selection and delivery are handled entirely remotely.

Our Istanbul studio serves as the hub for production and filming. For projects in Europe—particularly in Berlin—we rent studios or set up outdoor locations as needed. You can manage the workflow from your home country through online meetings, the digital mood board process, and secure shipping logistics.

Yes. Our studio has the capacity to run three production lines simultaneously on the same day: set-based video, set-based photography, and white-background product photography. Since all three lines follow the same lighting and color schemes, visual consistency is maintained across all materials, and work that would otherwise take two or three days elsewhere can be completed in a single day.

Your main e-commerce and sales images are shot with your actual physical product, in a physical studio setup, using professional lighting. We may use AI software only when brainstorming composition ideas or for very minor background retouching. We do not deliver any images labeled as photographs that synthetically alter the product’s material, label, or shape.

All we need is the quantity of the product to be photographed, the material (glass, matte, textile, etc.), a visual example that reflects your brand’s style, and information on where the content will be used.
