Corporate projects are managed according to a single visual standard and a clear delivery schedule. In projects involving multiple locations and a large number of people, planning is the most critical phase of the process.
Needs and Scope Analysis
The types of shoots (portrait, architectural, industrial, video), number of locations, number of people, intended use, and brand tone are clarified.
Visual Standards and Plan
A single background, a single lighting style, and a framing style are determined. For group portraits, the shooting schedule is planned, and for on-location shoots, the order of locations is determined.
On-location and studio shoots
Shootings take place at the company’s office, factory, or production site, or at the Istanbul studio. When necessary, portrait, architectural, and drone photography are combined during the same visit.
Selection and Approval
For portrait shoots, the photos are shared the next day in low resolution for selection; the approved photos are then processed. For on-location and video shoots, the initial selection is made together with the team.
Post Production
Selected photos are retouched, videos are edited, and color correction is applied. The final outputs are prepared in formats suitable for the web, presentations, print, and social media.
Delivery
Final files are delivered in the specified formats. The delivery timeframe varies depending on the scope of the project; for standard projects, it is 3–10 business days and is finalized at the start of the project.
