Filming Process

How do you plan a photo and video production?

Each project is first broken down based on the product, target platform, and delivery requirements. For an e-commerce brand, a white background, cutouts, product videos, and marketplace dimensions may be critical; in a campaign project, the model, art direction, set, styling, and short social media videos become more important.

Brief and shot list

The number of products, category, target market, platforms to be used, sample visual style, model/set requirements, video format, and delivery expectations are determined. When the products arrive at the studio, their surface, color, packaging, labels, number of parts, and type of shoot are checked.

Pickup and Delivery

White-background shots, stylized set shots, lifestyle shots with models, short product videos, and Reels content can all be included in the same production plan. The turnaround time is determined based on the number of products, the type of shoot, and the scope of retouching; for standard e-commerce shoots, the selection and delivery schedule is finalized at the start of the project.

Who are we?

A photography and video team that produces visual content for brands

LUX Production is a production company built on Burak Bulut Yıldırım’s commercial photography and video production practice, which he has been pursuing since 2005. We specialize in product photography, campaign production, model shoots, still life, e-commerce videos, architectural spaces, and industrial photography.

When product, model, set, lighting, color, and delivery files are planned within the same brief, the visuals work more consistently across the brand’s website, marketplace, catalog, trade shows, presentations, and social media.

Burak Bulut Yıldırım oversees lighting, framing, technical accuracy, and visual language. In product, brand, and campaign projects, Meryem Aydın Yıldırım contributes to the process by handling art direction, set design, product presentation, and visual cohesion. When necessary, photography, video, models, set design, and post-production are planned within the same production workflow.

Yes. Products can be shipped to the Istanbul studio; for products coming from Europe, the Berlin/Europe service route can also be arranged.
